“Coach Me” Program
We offer reasonably priced coaching programs that are tailored to your individual needs. To help you determine whether our coaching style is a right fit for your life journey, we offer a free trial 30-minute phone consultation. Coaching generally requires a pre-agreed agreement and include extras in-between to help support you in being successful! Most people find that coaching programs lasting 3 to 6 months is ideal for experiencing the results of what coaching can do for you. Individual coaching sessions are scheduled weekly for 45 minutes each. The purpose and focus of each session is based on your agenda and goals, not ours, leaving you to be in control of your success. Fees for monthly coaching programs begin at S$280 per month.
“Just in Time” Coaching
“Just in Time” coaching is our most flexible coaching service because it allows you to decide when and for how long the coaching takes. “Just in Time” coaching is a coaching service that serves those who are strapped for time and need coaching on a specific topic or isolated event. This coaching is more urgency-based but can produce powerful results. Sessions are usually scheduled within 24 hours after a request is made and can last from half-an-hour to two hours. We charge a fee of S$80.00 per half-hour block for this service.
Project Coaching
Are you getting ready for something big and you need the short-term help and support of a coach? If you are working on a specific project in your life such as transitioning into a new career, going back to school, going through a relationship patch, preparing for a presentation, or some other big changes, then project coaching would be ideal for you. Sessions occur weekly and are usually 30 minutes each, including email and phone support. Fees for project coaching vary, depending on the type of project you would like to complete. E-Coaching
E-Coaching caters to individuals who find it a big strain on time and comfort to commit to the usual coaching programs. If you feel that email is a more convenient way to communicate and you would like to experience coaching with us, then this may be the answer for you. Emails are unlimited with responses within 48 hours. Fees are currently at S$199 per month.
Empowerment Workshops
Our Empowerment Workshops include challenging and self-awareness activities created for individuals and groups to promote growth and inspire the reflective process. The activities challenge participants to explore issues such as how to write personal life-scripts, responsibility, power, trust, success, failure, ownership, adversity, uniqueness and “out of the box” thinking. Each workshop lasts from two to four hours, depending on audience needs. Please contact us for further details. |
